Warranty and service
For all products sold and delivered by EVOLD you benefit from warranty certificates according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers or importers.
For products sold by EVOLD you will receive a warranty certificate. In some cases, the warranty certificate is in electronic format (available in your account after completing the order). For certain products , it is possible to find a printed warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or distributor in the package. Keep the invoice and the warranty certificate, in physical or electronic form, to be able to benefit from the warranty, if needed.
The simplest is to contact the nearest service center mentioned in the certificate, which will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty. Or you can fill out the suggestions and notifications form, and we will direct you to the authorized service center of producer/importer/ distributor. Don't forget to have the invoice and the certificate with you!
The conditions for granting guarantees may vary depending on the manufacturer and are established in the commercial policies of each, at the national level, in accordance with the national and European legislation in force.
If you have any problem with the product purchased after the warranty period, use the same authorized service network available in the warranty certificate.
If the product is still within the warranty period, you will benefit from the repair of the product or its replacement (as the case may be) free of charge. If the warranty period has expired, the costs of repairing the product will be borne by you.
