Orders are placed exclusively online, after creating an account and providing billing and delivery details.

Can I pick up the products from the showroom or warehouse?
Orders will be delivered exclusively by courier, to the address indicated by you in the order. An order can be delivered from several warehouses, for each AWB you will receive the details by email/SMS, so that you can always follow the path of the parcels to your delivery address.
Where do I return a full or partial order?
To partially or totally return an order, please fill in the return form. In principle, each product must be returned to the same address from where it was delivered to you. There are cases (used product, unsealed, etc.) in which the product must be returned to another address, which will be communicated to you by our Customer Support department.
Are there any products I cannot return?
If the product is sealed, as you received it, you can return it at any time within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If the product has been unsealed, then there are cases when it cannot be returned, for example: cosmetics, underwear, DVDs, etc. For more details, read return policy and terms and conditions of the site.
Can I request the replacement of a product?
Replacing a product involves first of all returning the one received and sending another similar product. This operation has a return cost and another delivery cost of the new product.
How long does it take for money to be returned for returned products?
