Product delivery
The cost of delivery of the products in your order is displayed in the "Order details" page, after entering the delivery address. This value depends on the total weight of the products and the distance. By changing the delivery address, it is possible to change the shipping cost associated with the order.
In the case of products in stock, delivery at the European level takes place in 2-5 working days from the moment the order is placed. For reasons not controlled by EVOLD (special weather or sanitary conditions, degree of loading of the couriers or incidents occurring in the delivery process, difficult access to the destination address, errors in the details of the destination address, etc.), the deadline delivery may be exceeded, but EVOLD will do all the necessary diligence to make the delivery period as short as possible.
For certain products, the delivery term can be extended, and the delivery period will be displayed in the product presentation before placing the order.
A placed order will reserve the stock and will be processed/confirmed by a human operator, on the same day or on the next working day. When the order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with delivery details. If you missed this email/SMS, you can always check the order and delivery status from your EVOLD account!
There is no option to pick up the package from the warehouse or locker. The delivery will be made directly to the address indicated in the online ordering process.
Products are delivered exclusively to the territory of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
In the case of products that are no longer in stock, you will be contacted by our support team to establish the delivery date depending on the availability of stock from the suppliers.
After generating the AWB, you will receive an email/SMS from EVOLD with the delivery details: AWB number, courier company name and a link for online tracking of the entire delivery process . When the products in your order leave our warehouse and go to the logistics center of the courier, you will receive a new email notification from us. It is possible that the courier company will send you an email or SMS notification a few hours before the time of delivery.
All deliveries are made by authorized carriers, with a transport license at European level, which respects the legislation on the protection of personal data.
The findings regarding the physical integrity of the parcels will be made in the presence of the courier agent. If the user notices damage to the parcel during transport, we recommend that it be refused or that the condition of the parcel be mentioned on the transport document. Subsequent complaints regarding the integrity of parcels that are not recorded on the transport document will not be accepted and the user loses the right to return.
