HOW TO ORDER ONLINE?
Search for the desired product: you can search for a product directly in the special search field or by browsing the product categories directly from the menu displayed on the left.
Add the desired products to the shopping cart by clicking on the “buy now!” button.
You can add more products from different categories to the basket. In the shopping cart, you can also change the quantities for each product.
Check your order before sending!
After adding each product to the cart, a confirmation window appears that can also display recommended products. You can buy recommended products with one click or you can press the "See basket details" button. and you are automatically directed to the shopping cart. Here you can review the list of selected products, update the quantities or cancel one or all of the selected products. The presence of the products in the shopping cart does not imply any obligation to pay, but neither does their reservation in our stock!
Have you bought from us before or is this the first time?
If you are a new customer, in the next step fill in the data from the form and we will create a new account for you.
If you are already a customer, after authentication we will list your previous billing and delivery addresses. If you want the delivery under the same conditions, click “Complete the order”. If you want delivery to another billing address or another legal entity, you must add them to the " Order details " page.
Details about the method of payment
After selecting or adding the billing and delivery addresses, you must choose the payment method. Delivery is made exclusively by courier to the address indicated in the " Details delivery" area. The tax invoice will be issued with the data mentioned in the " Invoicing details " section. and you will find it in your account after validating the order by EVOLD.
It is important that the delivery address and phone number are correct, otherwise the courier will face difficulties in delivering the order on time!
The shipping cost will be displayed on the "Order details" page. and it depends on the number of products in the Basket, on their weight, but also on the delivery address (the number of additional Km compared to the standard courier routes). In certain promotional campaigns that will be announced on the Website, the shipping cost is offered free of charge, otherwise it will have a cost calculated and mentioned before placing the order.
Don't forget to read the terms and conditions before sending the order!
The final step for sending the order is the “Send order” button. Shortly after pressing this button, you will receive an email confirming the registration of the order. After confirming the order and invoicing it, you will receive another confirmation email/SMS with details about the AWB number and estimated delivery date.
Data saving
After each order placed, the delivery data is saved so that it can be used later. You always have the option to delete your account and the entire history (function available after authentication).
