- Materials that can be processed with this type of milling cutter are the following: hard aluminum alloys, materials resistant to high temperatures, cobalt-based alloys, other non-ferrous metals, nickel-based alloys (for example, Inconell and Hasteloy), steel stainless, cast iron, nodular cast iron (GG / GJL, GGG / GJS), black cast iron (GTS, GJMB), white cast iron (GTW, GJMW) steel and cast steel, heat treated steels over 1200 N / mm2 (over 38 HRC), hardened steel.
- Milling cutters for metal have an extremely high rate when grinding steel and cast steel. It offers SMOOTH milling with REDUCED VIBRATION and also REDUCED noise.
- The shape and dimensions of the cutters allow them to be used together with the drilling machine, most frequently in metal processing workshops.
- The OPTIMAL geometry of the milling devices ensures the best work results and also a LONG life span.
- Cutters are tools with several fine teeth that move at the speed of the drilling machine, removing the metal layer from the workpiece.
