Cut & Carve ™ Bamboo is made from tough, natural bamboo and has an integrated serrated center area to hold meat, vegetables and bread while cutting. It has an angled cutting surface and corners that help collect and pour juices from the dishes you cut. The recesses on the sides serve as handles, and the base is equipped with non-slip feet, keeping the chopper firmly in place while you cut. Its natural finish is accompanied by an engraved stainless steel badge.
