For parents with small children around, safety is very important. And when it comes to knives with very sharp blades, many people are happy to hide these utensils in a drawer. But then the drawer must be secured, the blades can be easily damaged and the knives can become dangerous to take out when we need them. Lock Block provides the ideal solution. The improved concept locks the knives safely inside the block and requires an adult's hand to handle, which means that children up to and including 5 years of age will not be able to remove a knife. As soon as a knife is placed in the corresponding slot, the blade is secured by the locking mechanism. Pulling the knife, the clamping force of the mechanism intensifies, making it practically impossible to forcefully remove it from the support. To remove a knife from the holder, the release button, located either on one side or the other, must be very firmly pressed. Because of the position and the necessary pressing force, only someone with an adult's hand can do it. The mechanism will not damage expensive blades, it has a smooth rubber surface. Lock Block is available as a stand-alone stand with universal slots, for the collection of knives you already have, or together with a set of six high-quality knives of your own. Care and usage: the knives are hand washed and dried immediately. The support: wipe the outside with a damp cloth. If it is necessary to clean the inside, carefully remove the upper part and gently wipe the mechanism with a wet cloth. Allow to dry completely before replacing the top. Always make sure that the blades of the knives are clean and dry before placing them in the holder. Attention: this product does not replace the supervision of an adult. Do not keep knives out of reach of children.
