This versatile grater has been designed to adapt to different types of food and tasks with ease. First of all, it has two different styles of stainless steel blades on each side to be scraped. Secondly, the handle has two positions for scraping, for maximum convenience. With the handle locked in the right position, it is ideal for shaving directly over the plate or food. But when you twist and lock the handle at 90 degrees, you create a firm and natural support for it to rest on the worktop, providing support when scraping a larger amount. It is accompanied by a reversible plastic sheath that protects the blades during storage but which can be reversed and then allows the collection and measurement of the finished scraped product. This version has an extra rough blade ideal for vegetables and hard cheese and a finer blade for citrus peel, cheeses and chocolate. It can be washed in the dishwasher.
