Return policy & form

Return policy and return form

Product returns are accepted according to the terms and conditions (Chapter 11 - Return of Products) and this Return Policy, being in accordance with the European provisions regarding consumer rights in distance contracts (online sales). After carefully reading the lines below, please fill out the return form, or it's even easier to enter the your EVOLD account  and fill out the return form on the order page.

RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE

General return conditions

Products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt. 

Before the expiry of the withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without being having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided by law. 

Return of products by the consumer within maximum 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract (after completing return form below), must be done with the same means with which they were delivered (using the same courier company with which the products were delivered) and to the same address from which the package was initially delivered to the consumer. We will send the courier to pick up the products, the return shipping cost being the same as the cost of delivering the order. It will be deducted from the amount returned to the online card with which the order was paid.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, box, pallet, etc.), but also not to risk the refusal of the return or the major decrease in the value of the returned products .

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to the laws in force.

EVOLD will refund the product's counter value in the shortest possible time - less the value of the transport, maximum 14 calendar days from the date of informing EVOLD by the consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and after accepting the return, provided that the returned product has been received within the legal term of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract announced by the consumer.

If an order is returned in whole or in part, EVOLD will return the value of the products less the cost of the transport with which the order was delivered to the Consumer. The partial return of an order in which a voucher or promotional code has been applied leads to the recalculation of the voucher application conditions. If these are no longer fulfilled, then the value of the discount granted by the voucher will be deducted from the value returned to the Customer, in addition to the value of the transport.   The return of a product for which the Customer received another product as a gift will be mandatory accompanied by the gift product, otherwise the return will not be accepted. 

Refunding the money will be done by electronic means (refund on the card account.

EVOLD  will be able to postpone the refund of the return value until the product is received, checked and the return accepted. The amount that will be returned will be calculated depending on the integrity of the product and the possibility of being resold as a resealed product.

The return form is a model and is not mandatory. According to the legislation in force, the customer must provide the complete data required for the return. The customer understands that once the return form is completed, it speeds up the return process.& nbsp;

The reception of the return is done in a special video-monitored space, the lack of the product (which is the object of the withdrawal from the contract/return) from the parcel entails the download of responsibility for EVOLD, the return being considered not made according to the legislation in force. Next is the verification of the returned product, whose condition must be identical to that of the return form completed by the consumer. The differences may be grounds for refusal of the return. If the differences appeared during the transport process, EVOLD  assumes responsibility for the return, and will recover the value of the product from the courier company. 

If the returned product is unsealed, EVOLD  will ask a specialist to examine the integrity of the product in order to bring the product to the stage of sale:

  • If the product has been handled (used) differently or more than is ” necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products”, as provided by the legislation in force, but it can be re-sold, the return will be accepted, and the money will be returned to the consumer, less the transport costs and those resulting from bringing the product to its original form, even by changing some consumables, accessories or parts of the product;
  • If the product has signs of wear or is incomplete then the return is refused.

EVOLD has the right to refuse the return in the following situations:

  • In case of replacing the purchased product with another product with different specifications or of a different type or different serial number (SN or serial number);
  • If the return request exceeds the term of 14 working days from the date of taking possession of the good;
  • If a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. with all the labels intact together with all the documents that accompanied the delivered product;
  • The identification labels of the product or the packaging or, as the case may be, the return label are damaged or missing;
  • Products worn, washed or that smell of perfume;
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (e.g.: socks, underwear, pacifiers, toothbrushes, etc.);
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other elements;
  • If there were several identical products in the delivered order and they were all unsealed and used.

For details specific to each product category, read below the list of requirements regarding returned products:

  • Fashion (clothes, shoes and others) - must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn, without stains, tears or changes;
  • Foils for phones, tablets or eBook readers - can only be returned if they are sealed (they have not been opened, they have not been used);
  • Personal care products - for reasons of customer health protection, these products can only be returned if they have not been used, unsealed or tested;
  • Sanitary consumables (protective masks, gloves, disinfectant, etc.) - can only be returned if they are sealed;
  • Home appliances - if they have been unsealed and tested by the customer, they must be returned cleaned and sanitized;
  • Light bulbs, flashlights, extension cords, sockets, batteries, accumulators and chargers - can only be returned if they are sealed;
  • Music and movies, Stationery and stationery, Software licenses, PC games and console games - can only be returned if they are sealed.

If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid, and the parcel will be sent back to the consumer, who will bear the costs of returning the product /products.
